Description: Disconnect from the city and log in to your inner wild for a weekend like no other. Ragnar Trail Cape Town is the unique team relay experience that has you and seven mates running 3 loops in the Hottentots Holland mountains and running wild in the campsite.

Bushveld 32

Amanzi Athletics Club proudly presents the Bushveld 32 Road Race:

Enjoy the Brits/Hartbeespoort bushveld area as you run the 32km, 10km or 5km race. The race is only a 30 minutes drive from Pretoria with easy access from the N4 highway. All 3 routes are fast and flat.

The 32km race is limited to 2000. 32km and 10km entries receive a FREE quality race T-shirt.

Run2Nowhere

Run2Nowhere, a Run for Everyone, Come experience 2-days of running on the amazing trails in the tranquil little town of McGregor. Most trails are unique to the Run2Nowhere and access to trails are exclusive.

Experience the beauty of the Klein Karoo, the route offer a great combination of short steep climbs, loose and rocky downhills, great single tracks and jeep tracks for recovery. Runners will enjoy beautiful scenery and views of McGregor town.

The route is suitable for trail runners that would like to attempt their first multi-day race and offers three distance options, the McEasy, McClassic and McBrave. It is also a perfect training weekend for runners preparing for longer distance stage races later in the year.

ChallengeCapeTown Family Fun Run

The CHALLENGECAPETOWN 6km Family Fun Run is part of the CHALLENGECAPETOWN Festival, which also includes an open water swim race in Big Bay on 9 November, and the City’s first middle distance triathlon on 10 November.

Fun Run participants will run along the triathlon route, and may even have the chance to rub shoulders with some of the world’s best triathletes as they complete their 21km run!

The Run is the last leg of the #ChallengeCapeTown which is a 21km loop in Zonnebloem / District Six Precinct, passing the Castle of Good Hope.  I have attached the route and medal.

The CHALLENGECAPETOWN Family Fun Run promises fun for the whole family! All finishers will receive a medal, and there will be plenty to see and do at the finish.

Hang out in the Finish Village after your run to welcome the triathletes home, or take a stroll back and cheer these athletes on as they complete the last leg of their race.

The #FunRun which will also take place along the triathlon Run route from 7h45 the morning.  

The school / team / club with the most entries will have ‘Bragging Rights’ and have a photo taken with the winners of #ChallengeCapeTown!

This is a perfect opportunity for ‘fun runners and walkers’ to rub shoulders with elite triathletes.  So whether you are a triathlete or not, you can still be a part of all the Race Day action – and rub shoulders with some of the world’s best triathletes – on 10 November by participating in the CHALLENGECAPETOWN Family Fun Run!

Cradle Moon Run / Walk

Come capture the spirit of Africa at Cradle Moon, only a 35-minute drive from both Sandton and Pretoria. Cradle Moon is a highly rated destination surrounded by African bushveld, in the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage site.

The property is on the banks of Lake Heritage and forms part of the Cradle Moon Conservancy.
