TP+ Events are proud to once again bring you a KZN based team cycle challenge that will also cater for individuals in 2023. Thanks to sponsors RECLAM and the Bring-It-On Cycle Club, this event will be hosted on the 27th August from the Harburg Retreat Centre starting at 8am. The Event is sanctioned by CSA and enters its 3rd year amid massive growth in rider numbers over the past 2 years. We are slowly inching towards gaining status as ZA’s Premier Team Cycle Challenge The concept is clear. Present a cycle challenge relay in KZN that is set to compete alongside the other existing team relay events that are hosted in and around South Africa. The Team Relay Event will allow for teams of up to 10 riders to compete in the 160k event, teams of 4 riders in the 90km event and teams of 2 in the 45km event. 2023 will see the introduction of the individual event format that will also allow a solo rider to compete in either the 160k/90k or 45km race distances. The categories will include Male/Female/Mixed as the teams compete for the top spots on the podium. While of the field will be eager to have some fun over the 160km cycle challenge, we also have 2 additional team events – a 4-man team event over 90km.
